I have heard and maybe some of you on here that Baylor has scouts and pipelines to different parts of Africa where they guarantee they will get kids visas to come play for them.
Seemingly nothing illegal about it but you scan their teams and every year they have kids that nobody has ever seen or heard of and wouldn't be surprised if Scott drew has something shady going on.
