Chuck Heinz just reported that USA/TTU agreed to have all bats inspected before the series. This resulted in 4 bats being disallowed from USA for the entire series. The bats were confiscated for the series, but returned after its conclusion. I'm guessing these bats resulted in USA's high run total prior to our series with them, and possibly cut down on maybe a few runs during the series as well.
Hopefully we request all bats be inspected before every series from here on out.
