It is my theory that the reason Mr. Obama has not quarantined people or kept them from flying over here or over there is because of his want of amnesty for total eventual control for the Democrat Party. He cannot shut the borders down as that will interfere with amnesty, even though disease and Jihadists can freely enter our Country. This dovetails well with my previous points of him loathing America. He is not incompetent, why would he do something good for an entity he truly hates? 84% of all voters say he lies purposefully for political gain. Even the Have been Socialists in the House and Senate have now fallen away from this evil man.
