Also, I'll preface this thread for all the typical posters who respond, "can't wait for football to start," or "what a sh!tty thread," GTFO. You knew what you were getting into when you opened the thread and no one made you open it.
To the movie: The wife and I decided to go to a matinee because there was no way I was going to pay full price for this movie. We contemplated going to Ghost Busters, but I was hoping this movie would earn me some points with the wife, and I didn't want to tarnish my love of the original Ghost Busters. Plus, I hate Melissa McCartney.
The actual movie itself wasn't too bad. The storyline was pretty basic, and you kinda knew where the story was going early on. I laughed a ton and some of the content was cringeworthy and made it pretty awkward to be in a movie theatre surrounded by a bunch of women. Mila Kunis is hot and Christina Applegate still makes my pants tight. The thing I didn't like about the movie is that is portrays men as being bumbling idiots that offer hardly anything to the family unit. It's all good because it plays off typical stereotype stuff that I'm use to. Overall, the movie was entertaining and I didn't have to watch Melissa McCartney. 5 out of 10 on the Flow scale.
After the movie, we hit up Rosa's and ordered a bunch of tacos. I hurried home, ate the tacos and scored with the wife. It was a win for everyone around.
