I know several of y'all know that I work in a rare book collection on campus. A large portion of our collection covers the American Revolution.
I would like to invite y'all our 20th anniversary "lecture" tomorrow at 5:30 in the Red Raider Ballroom in the SUB. We're having Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton reenactors come in and engage in a conversation about the constitution (since it is Constitution Week, after all), the American Revolution, and other similar topics. I was able to hear a condensed version of their talk at the Rotary Club lunch meeting today and it was amazing. These guys have encyclopedic knowledge of Jefferson and Hamilton, especially the man who plays Thomas Jefferson.
I highly encourage you to attend if you're able. It is totally free and open to the public and free parking is available in the band parking lot.
