I know some think this will fail, but with the efficient way they are running things, attention to detail, added number of recruiting hires and placing their people working in their “sweet spots”, this could be the new model.
I’m not convinced, but I certainly respect an AD that is trying to break the mold.
If you take the Herm Edwards bias out of the equation, it certainly looks like a new and innovative way to run a program.
