The latest AP poll has Tech with 36 points, which is good enough for 31st in ye olde "Others Receiving Votes" category. FWIW, just a guess, but if the 4th-down pass flutters to the ground, we're somewhere around No. 18.

What's Michigan State, at No. 2, that's more impressive than Utah other than they were ranked ahead of them in the preseason? They beat Oregon by 10 at home.
