I recently had hip arthoscopy for my left hip. I was diagnosed with FAI (hip impingement) and a labral tear. I'm 4 weeks post-op. I'm 28 years old and apparently my hip was an accident waiting to happen. I have retroverted hip sockets and attempted to keep my feet straight during squats.. not suppose to. I'm also probably going to need shoulder surgery as well but i don't think it will be near as bad as the hip.
any of you guys have orthopedic surgery?
