Andre has apparently asked for and gotten permission to pursue a trade, and if none is found (unlikely due to his salary) he will be released. Not many players have handled themselves with as much class as he has and he will be missed. On the other hand, it will free up a lot of money. The Texans will avoid a public relations disaster with him making the request.
