Did he really repeat conspiracy claims of teachers providing litter boxes in classrooms to defecate in? The amount of funds from lobbyists and time he's spending to get his so called "school choice" pushed through is amazing. The disinformation is reaching absurd levels. Trying to destroy public schools in order to push this bill down our throats appears to be the focus of this governor. He's desperately trying to make a name for himself as the most extreme anti woke, anti immigrant, anti public school, staunchest DEI, Musk proponent, MAGA candidate for a presidential run. Why not fix whatever problems exist in our public schools to make them better than giving credits to the wealthy to get their kids out. Why not spend time trying to deal with the every increasing number of leaking abandoned wells, and solve increasing water shortages across this state? The wealthiest state in the US is in the bottom 10 for education and we're continuing to ignore a huge ecological problems.
