Hypothetically, if Trump wins the Electoral College vote (I think he does) does that change anything for how the Democrats will act for the next 4 years? Will it be more of the same bashing, investigating, trying to find any “gotcha” possible to derail him? Or is it possible that they try to work with him since he can’t run again? I guess this is assuming that they hold the House and the GOP holds the Senate.

Does the answer change if he also wins the popular vote? If it’s a landslide in the EV?

Does a popular vote win or very slim margin force the Democratic party back more toward the center?

Does it change anything in the media?
