2 changes in 2Q impacting game

1. Jeffers went out with a shoulder stinger and the coverage by LBs on underneath routes instantly got better. Still some questionable coverage from #8 and #16

2. Yost offense in 100% built on running the ball. He finally started running the damn ball instead of 1st down pass to flats. Running the ball opens the whole field, is Thompson is probably the key to the rest of this season. Yost needs to get him going early ok every game going forward.

I also think ISU and other teams know our audible calls and running with tempo keeps them from jumping into those audible play calls and swings it into our favor.

Who knows what happens in 2H...hopefully we can recruit some more OL that fit with this OC and run the damn ball more.
