Wife hit a curb and cut the wall of one of her tires (2022 Lincoln Aviator w/ 28000 miles). Being told that tread depth difference between new and old tires cannot exceed 3/32 or could risk damage to transmission/differential.
Possibly a $2000 flat tire. Any of you dealt with this issue?
